Greg Ayala is the designated broker and ambitious team leader of the Icon Real Estate Group. Growing up in the Seattle/ Tacoma area, he's watched this community grow rapidly into the vibrant metropolis it is today. Greg started his career in 2011 as a real estate investor and became a learning based professional eager to grow in his industry knowledge. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Northwest University and quickly earned a reputation as a top producer. In 2016, he co-founded the Icon Real Estate Group which has grown exponentially to become one the top real estate team in Western Washington. Each year, the Icon Group is nationally ranked in the top 1% of all real estate teams across America and has received hundreds 5 Star Reviews on Google and Zillow. Greg is fiercely passionate about leadership and empowering other real estate agents to fund their life through real estate. He has dedicated much of his professional career to raising up the next generation of real estate brokers and building a world class culture at his firm, the Icon Group.
Outside of real estate, Greg is a passionate husband, father of two, martial artist, church leader, triathlete, and mountaineer. He is actively involved in his church and community. He believes in giving back to the community that has supported his business over the years and is passionate about making a positive impact wherever they can. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids more than anything, and, is often known to host dinner parties and BBQs in the summer with his friends. This love for creating warm, inviting spaces translates into his work, where he helps clients find homes that are perfect for them and building a culture at his firm where its brokers do the same.
